Traveling solo, especially as a female, was not the easiest thing to do. It’s admittedly something that takes a little courage, the right attitude, and most importantly an open mind. The idea of the unfamiliarity of being away from home and traveling to foreign countries alone is nerve wrecking. I’ll have to tackle the language barrier problem as well as constantly learning new cultures. Once I took the most difficult step of executing the decision of following through and quitting my full-time job, booked tickets, packed my bag, and dropped all my comforts – nothing could hold me back at this point!
